Onsen Ryokan Yuen Sapporo

The hotel itself is great and offers good value, but the staff experience was very disappointing. While I was having breakfast, one staff member rudely asked me to move to another seat because a couple was about to sit nearby and the staff wanted to leave an empty seat next to them. I couldn’t believe it—I’ve never experienced anything like this, not even in small ramen shops in downtown Sapporo. He didn’t ask politely or provide any explanation, he just kept insisting that I move, even though I was still in the middle of my meal. I was so upset that I couldn’t even enjoy or remember the taste of the food. There were also a few other moments that felt similarly disrespectful. The attitude of the staff simply did not match the quality of the hotel’s facilities.

とても清潔。静かにゆったりと過ごせました。お茶菓子も美味しかったです。大浴場は少し狭いけど趣があって清潔でよかったです。

Environment good but location is fa from station

객실은 캐리어를 펼 공간이 거의 없습니다. 그리고 성인2 아이2 머물렀는데 온천용 가운과 신발 등 어매니티를 성인꺼만 3개를 비치해 놓았더라구요. 온천 내려갔다가 우리가족만 키즈용을 못받았다는걸 알았어요. 심지어 체크인할때 아이1명이 7세라 추가금 지불하고 방을 더 큰방으로 바꿔야한다고 해서 그렇게 했는데... 그런 센스가 좀 부족했던것 같습니다. 웰컴 드링크나 짐 보관 서비스는 좋았어요. 위치도 괜찮고 방도 깨끗했고요. 온천은 탕 2개가 전부입니다. 그냥 온천 분위기 느끼는 정도로 생각하시면 될거예요.

Yuen Sapporo was such a peaceful and grounding part of our Hokkaido journey. The design is minimalist but deeply thoughtful, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comfort. The onsen experience was a dream, especially after long days of exploring. The staff were kind, professional, and quietly attentive. If you're into clean lines, warm wood, and a sense of calm, this place is for you. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Sapporo.

スタッフの方の対応は、とても誠実で丁寧で心地よかった。 脱衣所が狭い。 部屋にタオル掛けがあると良い。 隣の物音が良く聞こえる。

全てにおいて大変満足でした。朝食も美味しくいただき、スタッフの対応もとても丁寧で気持ちよく滞在することが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

It was a new pleasant hotel with Onsen. The bathroom was rather small. Breakfast was rated very high, but it was OK.

駅が近い。 なによりものすごく落ち着いた雰囲気で旅の疲れがホテルによって癒されたような感じでした。大浴場もとても素敵です。 部屋数が多いのですが、部屋の中に廊下の音や子供の声など全くせず家族の時間を大事にできました。
