Onsen Ryokan Yuen Sapporo

We came to Sapporo for the first time this June and loved it. This hotel was a great escape but also very convenient to all the areas we wanted to explore. We enjoyed the Onsen, hotel breakfast, and all the details that the hotel spent time to make everything lovely. We appreciated the on site coin op laundry, the baggage service (both holding on site our last day as well as delivery to and from our other hotels). We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we are here. Hopefully soon!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The atmosphere was perfect sad was the onsen. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very attentive.

대욕장을 보유한 호텔이 많지만 유엔 호텔처럼 료칸 스타이

I liked everything. The hotel is excellent in all aspects. The only thing I did not like is that there is no external ventilation in the room. There is a window but it cannot be opened. It is locked by the hotel management.

침대가 낮아서 허리가 좀 아프기는 했지만 나름 방은 깔끔했어요. 룸의 크기는 넉넉하지 않고 토요코인 정도 생각하시면 됩니다.

部屋に入ったら入り口からトイレの中まで、床のコンクリートに大きいヒビが入っていた。チェックイン時に、そのような状況であることを知らせる事もなく、とても不快だった。 外装や内装に凝りすぎて、機能性が低く、洋服など荷物をしまえるタンスも無く使いづらい部屋だった。 部屋の窓はマジックミラーになっていないのに、レースカーテンも無く、中が隣のビルから丸見え。遮光カーテンしかないので、閉めると外光が入らず、せっかくの景色も見れない。 不自由で使いにくい部屋でした。 母と娘の旅行でしたが、浴衣はLとMで準備され、チェックイン時に確認される事もなかった。 また宿泊したいとは思いません。

Beautiful property located about 10-15 mins walk from Sapporo station, this Ryokan features Western-style bedding in nicely appointed rooms. The shower is incredible with such a strong water flow. The onsen is also quite nice with an outdoor, but partitioned pool and clean shared facilities. There is a FamilyMart next to the hotel and also a nice park nearby. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Neat and modern Japanese style room. In downtown. Within walking distance from the train station.
