Onsen Ryokan Yuen Sapporo

일단 위치가 너무 애매합니다. 삿포로역에서도 멀고 걸어오기는 좀 먼 느낌입니다. 대욕장 때문에 선택했는데 그것은 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 방이 창문이 안열립니다. 그래서인지 방에 암내 비슷한 냄새가 났었는데 안없어져서 불쾌했고, 청소상태가 그리 좋지 않았습니다.

룸 컨디션이 좋았어요~ 온센이 있어서 좋았은데 소독약 냄새는 조금 아쉬웠습니다!

대만족! 하루에 목욕을 두번했네요 투어후 피곤한몸 온천물에 씻고자니 피곤이확풀렸어요 적극추천합니다

入浴施設がいもあらい　駐車場に関する情報が不適切

マラソンの後でしたが、とてもスムーズにチェックイン出来て助かりました。 お部屋もお風呂も良かったですが、スタッフの方がとても良かったです。

The Onsen/sauna was amazing and felt rejuvenating after a long day of walking and shopping. The staff was also super helpful and accommodating!

とても素晴らしい

Stayed four nights towards the end of our Hokkaido trip. Our room was stylishly furnished but small. We had to move furniture around to find space for our suitcases. The entrance area to the room was not well-designed. The wash basin was right next to the door and it felt awkward to remove our shoes there. Also the way the door opened meant that we had to close the door before we could hang our bags on the rack. Other than that, the room was fine and we loved the free snacks provided. The onsen was rather small. The changing / showering area could get crowded in the late evening. Compared to other onsens we visited on our trip, the water temperature was on the hot side. Our kid wouldn't stay in the onsen for long but he loved the delicious ice lollies provided. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant once during our stay. The food was nicely presented but nothing exciting. Location-wise, the hotel was in a quiet area within easy walking distance to Odori Park, which suited us fine in the summer. We were told every single day during our stay that the hotel car park was full and had to search for parking space nearby, which was a hassle, especially as it rained very heavily on two days. Overall speaking, this hotel was stylish but overpriced. One could certainly get much more comfort in other hotels at a similar price.
