Nice property the fact we felt protected and the rooms were clean.and spacious. The front desk clerk was horrible!!!! This was the worst check In I have experienced since traveling for years. She was rude and nonchalant!!!!if I hadn’t paid through Expedia I would have asked for a cancellation plus we were tired from traveling!!!Hilton please teach or have your employees to attend professionalism classes. I’m going to stop

The concierge service was very friendly when checking into our rooms. The hotel as a whole was very clean and we really appreciated the extra bathroom accessories/toiletries like makeup wipes and shampoo/conditioner. The shower is very nice and big and the ac unit worked extremely well for the humid weather we had when we visited. Would definitely recommend!

As modern and clean as the hotel was, the only slightly negative comment I'll make is that the carpet that corresponded with the really nice tile was dirty, scuffed up, and not modern at all. If the hotel would re-do the carpet, it would definitely improve the aesthetic all together. Other than that the hotel is great!

From the moment I called and spoke to front desk personnel directly, to walking in the door and being ‘remembered’ from the phone call…throughout our stay…we encountered FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS staff at every encounter!!! The rooms were clean & comfortable. We wanted for nothing! I recommend this hotel and will be staying here in the future!
