"Silent Night"

We checked in around 10:00 pm & the lady was friendly & the lobby was appealing, even a few folks at the bar. I thought it was nice. We went to our room & it was clean & orderly as well. When getting ready for bed we discovered that the bathroom sink would not drain. I tried messing with the underside of the sink where the feature is that moves the stopper up & down, to no avail. I’m quite certain that when the bathroom was cleaned previously that would had been extremely obvious. I also struggled with the silence in the room. There wasn’t a feature on the thermostat to allow the fan to run continuously. It was so quiet that I could hear the phone vibrate & the alarm of the person next door. I thought that this was highly unusual for a hotel room.

We absolutely love this hotel & their staff! This is our go to place for our visit to Memphis for the fourth consecutive year. Lots of PGA Tour guys here so that should say it all. Thanks for a great stay & see ya next year!👍❤️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️

"Friendly & Very Helpful Staff"

Front desk staff were great! Especially Catessa & Kevin they both have went out of their way to make my check and stays enjoyable! The rooms have always been clean and well maintained, The beds are very comfortable! The breakfast buffet is very good and offhand wide variety.
