No microwave, no coffee in room , no closet, cheesy iron and no pool. I paid 170.00 for the room. I will never stay in a Tru Hilton again. Very disappointed. Trash cans full and something on my bed sheets. Didn't see it until the morning because I did not sleep under the sheets on that side of the bed.

First class customer service! Tru Hilton Ft. Mill, SC. I did great planning, booked room in plenty of time for upcoming granddaughter's engagement party!! When checked my calendar... ***!! panic had booked wrong weekend!!*** ... need room for following weekend... Heather M. showed me that she really enjoyed helping her customers. After cancelling the wrong night, she offered to contact her manager to see if possible to not cost me any penalties. She didn't promise but just offered! This goes a long way showing customer service. Heather came through, and hats off to the manager, Laura A. at Tru Hilton Ft. Mill, SC.

I liked the clean rooms, nice feeling to the hotel. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast could be better. At this price point.

I loved how they had a lounge area downstairs with a pool table and tic-tac-toe. They had 24-hour coffee and tea which was great. They texted everyday to check in.

The breakfast with subpar.

Everything was great. I LOVED the movable desk. It allowed me to roll the desk to comfortably eat and wake tv. As well as, work on notes and watch tv or the news/weather.

The water was too hard and dried my skin out terribly.

The breakfast that was included was a nice perk.

There was no microwave in the room.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Staff routinely checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well and see if we needed anything. Thank you Pavan!
