The hotel staff were nice and polite. We stayed in the apartment and were clean, beds comfortable, kitchen has all you need for self catering. Generally we liked the hotel.

The bathroom needs renovated as some tiles was damaged, around 🛁 still old silicone. I will advise for bigger sofa in the kitchen area as the one was for 1 person only .

kitchen in apartment had an empty wine bottle from a previous guest. showers did not work breakfast was poor - no muesli - they said they were out, nobody thought to run down to the local shop to purchase some. the turkish eggs did not resemble any turkish eggs that I have had in the past. the breakfast staff were pleasant but could have done with some training - that is not their fault.

as above. we mentioned about the showers but did not feel our complaint was taken seriously. regretably it was only when we got cross that anything was done.

My room had a harbor view which elevated my stay and mood. Restaurant meals were well prepared and presented by friendly staff. The bed was quite comfortable however my pillows could have been softer. Front desk staff, Erin was exceptional when I needed medical assistance. I highly recommend this hotel in the picturesque town of Schull.

The parking situation can be problematic as spaces are limited and difficult to access in a larger vehicle.
