Quiet, neighborhood, location, rustic vibe

Wall unit heater was positioned very high on the wall, so it didn’t quite heat up the room efficiently. (Heat rises so it was hard to get the entire room warm.) Only a bedspread and a sheet initially, absolutely freezing. Tiny bugs flying out of the bathroom sink drain.

No phone...wifi didn't work..very run down no blanket on bed only a sheet and old bedspread bathroom door broken.Floor dirty. Very disappointed 😞

Bed was terrible

I liked that it was on a golf course and it was reasonably close to the area I was visiting for recreation. I also liked that the place was kid friendly and animal friendly. I at first had a semi non pleasant experience while checking in due to not having my credit card which I booked the stay with, in my wallet; but I was able to sort the situation out. The owner then redeemed himself as the following day , he proved himself to be a much a more friendly person.

I didn't like that the bathroom door did not shut , the sheets also did not look super clean and the beds were not that comfortable. Also I didn't like the cigarette smoke from other visitors.

I liked the location as it was close to the Country Club. They also had a small refrig, microwave and coffee pot.

The finishes and furnishings were old and it seemed like the unit had not been used in quite a while. It had a strong stuffy smell.
