"Due to check in issue and a leaking shower that floods the floor..bad."

The staff was not able to communicate directly with booking.com and mentioned that whenever there is an issue with checking in a customer, it's always with booking.com. We had to sit on the phone for 30 mins to reach an AI rep with booking.com which hung up on the front desk person.

The check in process, as the booking.com virtual card was not working properly. The booking.com people were incredibly difficult to reach. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN AS YOU CAN'T MAKE YOUR WAY TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH A HUMAN.

"Thanksgiving stay"

We enjoyed our stay and would tell everyone to take some of these negative comments with a grain of salt. Pay attention to what they're negative experience was and see if it will hinder your stay. I do reviews often and don't mince words but I'm fair. Our stay was met with a nice check-in but I did have to say I'm a rewards member. The hostess immediately welcomed me as a reward member at that time with a very nice goodie bag. Room was clean and stocked appropriately plus the decor was done nicely. We had a good night's sleep after being with family in the area for our Thanksgiving feast and fun. Breakfast was tasty and checkout went smooth. The lobby and other areas were maintained and abundant parking. Overall, I would stay here again!

"Needs major deep cleaning!"

This is the worst Marriott hotel we have ever stayed at. Marriott should carefully review the complaints because this hotel does not live up to the Marriott standard. We just stayed one night while passing through after a long road trip. There was an immediate odor when you walked thru the front door. It was partially pot, mildew/mold and just plain dirty. The front desk girl was very nice. Probably the only positive thing I could say. The room we got was so horrible we didn't even bring our suitcases in. We immediately went downstairs and asked for another room. She was very accommodating and said should we give us a room on the 4th floor since that maid service is better. Very strange. Shouldn't all the rooms be serviced the same??? We got the room and it was 30% better. Still had an odor but not as strong. The floors were sticky too so the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Needless to say, we will not stay here again.
