TownePlace Suites by Marriott Memphis Olive Branch

My stay at Townplace Suites by Marriott Memphis Olive Branch was so-so, the room itself was okay but issues with the WIFI, AC unit were very noisy, and the room itself was not very quiet. You could hear whatever was happening in the hallway, next door and even the floor above. The room wasn't as clean as it should be. If I had a choice of a different hotel at a similar price I would go elsewhere.

Great bed and clean room. Very small room but it worked for 1 night. Wifi was difficult to connect and staff was helpful.

We loved the property. It was 20 minutes from Memphis and the rooms were clean. I got a studio Queen and the little kitchenette was perfect. We would go back

Great location close to Snowden Grove ballpark

The side door on the hotel was not locked and anyone was free to thru the door without a key. My room was the first one by the door. Also the breakfast selection was very slim and not the greatest. As a baseball team we try to select our hotels with convenience to ballfield and a good breakfast for the boys before games that day. Expected a better selection for the price we paid.

This place is a dump. A/c is too loud to be in the same room with. Also can't keep the room cool. Far from friendly staff. I've been traveling 200+ days a year for more than a decade and this is overall one of the worst lodging experiences in that time. Stay next door at the Hilton if you like the location.
