"Unclean and unprofessional"

Our room looked nice and clean until we moved the footstool that evening and found a bunch of chip crumbs on the floor. Called the front desk and she told me I can come get a broom to clean it. I responded “so I have to clean up someone else’s mess of that which the cleaners did not clean” She replied “I’m the only one up here checking people in/out”.

"Hilton Hotels are the best!"

Our room exceeded our expectations—beautifully furnished, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker…..beautiful bathroom, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was superb. We will always look for a Hilton Hotel whenever we travel!! Excellent….cannot say enough about this experience.
