I like to hotel and check-in process was easy and staff was very friendly.

breakfast wasn't good.

I noticed the newness of the facility which was a bonus, the carpet on the 5th floor had a few stains which are caused typically by problematic guests. I would only suggest that you try to get ahead of this problem and work to keep them as pristine as they are when they were originally laid.

There were no complaints from me or my spouse.

The staff was very polite and professional. The property was very clean and well lit. We felt very secure.

Excellent Hotel. Friendly and Helpful staff. Malae was super helpful at check in. One of the best Hiltons we have stayed at.

Plenty of parking. Front staff very nice.

I arrived late and am leaving at 3:45 am so it is difficult to truly assess the property. It is close to the airport - only 8 minutes

So far all the Home2suites i have stayed at have all been quiet, super clean, spacious and nicely laid out. My new go to when booking a hotel

One of the best stays I’ve had lately. Large, clean room perfect for families on vacation, well laid out space, nice bathroom with spacious shower and perfectly strong water pressure. Breakfast choices were a bit healthier than other hotels having more than only carb heavy choices including three different styles of eggs, chicken sausage and plain yogurt with add-ins if wanted. We had some trouble at check in. The hotel was having trouble with their credit card verification/ processing system so all my cards were being declined. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have the room with “cash” and to settle the account in the morning. They were willing to allow me to change the card I used and was happy to get me a receipt for my peace of mind. And they did it all with a smile and kindness. Malae was great to work with, especially since she was not aware of the situation. She remained calm and kindly explained and answered all my questions. I would for sure stay here again and hope she’s on duty the next time as well!
