Everything was was good and clean, The staff was nice and friendly

Free breakfast and the room was very spacious

Their coffee bar could have more variety of of coffee and teas

I loved that the facility was fairly new and well kept up. I loved the colorful decor. The breakfast was ok for the price. I loved that we had real plates and utensils. It did kind of feel like home whenever we walked through the door of our room.

The faucet in the bathroom did not reach far enough into the sink, and made it hard to rinse a towel under. Also I don't understand why in such a humid climate there was no air fan in the bathroom which would be nice for a little additional privacy in such a small space.

Amazing stay for my family. We wanted to give the kids the travel experience during their holiday break. The kids chose this place hard on its name (at first, we thought they wanted to go Home, too) smh. Hotel manager Chis is very observant and interacted with the kids and I at breakfast time. According to them, that and the pool time was their favorite moments. His presence alone reduced the anxiety I get when taking toddlers to any buffet style setting so early in the morning. This establishment created a comfortable family environment where we all felt welcomed. I understand why it's called Home2. P.S- why are those spinach puff pastries so addicting? Lol.

We traveled during Christmas and not only were staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel had clear signs posted about holiday housekeeping and even friendly reminders for pet owners. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options and the rooms were clean, bigger than we expected. Very good quality at an affordable price.
