Josh was awesome! Excellent customer service. I was welcomed with an early check-in and the option to choose my floor. The Josh went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

The rooms were new and very spacious. Bright and happy. Breakfast okay.

NO HOT WATER. MULTIPLE PEOPLE COMPLAINED OR INFORMED STAFF. THEY TRIED FIXING IT MULTIPLE TIMES. IT DIDN'T WORK.

Clean and close to the parking lot for cruise parking.

Breakfast once something’s ran out they were never replenished. Like the yogurt some of the foods. The sausage patties was horrible. It was a funky red color. I have never seen sausage patties like them.
