The property is beautiful smelled really nice.

Checked into two rooms. First room had bugs and they were able to move to another room where the television wasn’t working but that issue was resolved. 2nd room not television signal and the air was blowing as a fan. After a 8 hour road trip this experience was very frustrating and unpleasant.

Home2 Suites Jacksonville Airport Our family recently stayed at Home2 Suites Jacksonville Airport during a difficult time, as we were in town for a funeral. Despite the circumstances, the experience we had at this hotel brought a great deal of comfort. We arrived as a group of about 12 family members, and from the very beginning of check in with Cooper, the front desk staff was incredibly efficient, welcoming, and respectful. I cant count the number of times Telleisa handled our many questions and requests with patience and genuine kindness, which meant a lot to all of us. One of the most appreciated gestures was their willingness to allow our family to gather in the lobby after the day’s events. It gave us a chance to be together, share memories, and support one another in a relaxed and accommodating environment. The staff truly helped create a space where we could focus on family during a challenging time. We are very grateful for their professionalism and compassion. The hotel is convienient, with extremely spacious rooms, full kitchens , impeccable cleanliness and a lovely free breakfast. An easy choice for convenience and comfort

"100% recommend staying here!"

The night shift front desk employee was so kind and extremely helpful! He helped us quickly book a room at 2:30am at the best rate, and helped cancel an online reservation. Our room was so clean and extremely comfortable! The next morning we made our breakfast a few minutes before closing and the staff waited patiently for us and offered to help! Over all our experience was 100% satisfactory! Highly recommend staying here!
