"Great staff and nice room"

I came in after a 6 hour ride with 3 kiddos and was a bit overstimulated and tired. The front desk manager or maybe house keeping manager was so nice and was working so hard to make sure rooms were ready. As someone that came in and probably wasn't the most pleasant, she didn't match my attitude... she went above and beyond with her customer service. The other clerk was also friendly... my son swallowed wrong and started coughing and she offered him some water. They probably were the nicest hotel staff we've ever encountered. The room was also really big, clean, and nicer than I expected.

The hotel was beautiful. The beds were comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pond near the hotel had a little sewer smell

Great location.

I didn't care for how thin the floors are between each other. I could hear every step from the room above me. I also didn't like the fact I had to pay for parking to stay there.
