The Gran Resort Elegante Atami

Great view of the ocean over cityscape. Facility was old but kept clean.

No shower in room, need to use onsen. Onsen was hot and nice but lukewarm water (almost cold) water from shower ruined it. Meals were not available; restaurant was closed.

夜は熱海駅周辺で食事をしたかったので、朝食付きのプランにしました。 朝食は品数が多く、また美味しくとても満足でした。 ホテル自体は古く同様に設備も古いものの、清潔に保たれ不満はありませんでした。 風呂は大風呂が一つとサウナがあり、快適に使用できました。 フロントの女性の方は外国籍の方でしたが、日本語が流暢で何も問題ありませんでした。

部屋からの眺めが最高によかった。 朝のご飯もおいしかったです。

料理は最高においしかったです。また、スパークリングや赤白ワインも期待以上でした。 温泉は設備が古く露天もなく、外の景色は見えないのは残念でした。設備は古いですが清掃はしっかりされていました。全体としては価格に見合ったサービスと感じました。

Not clean, nonexistent service and not well maintained

The Onsen was good. It is a steep 10 minute walk down to the station, but the view was good. Food options are near the station.

電源がひとつしか部屋にない、古いホテルでリノベーションしているとは思いますが、PC、モバイル等同時に充電できない

La chambre traditionnelle était extraordinaire. Nous avons apprécié énormément notre séjour.
