The Gran Resort Elegante Atami

場所が分かりにくく、ナビでえらく遠回りさせられました。場所の案内をもう少し詳しく、ナビに入力する際に目印になる場所等明記して頂くと助かります。 施設は古いところもありますが、清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。花火はベランダで観ることができて最高です。ホテルの方はとても親切でした。お世話になりました。

時折、電車の音がしましたが静かで清潔なホテルで良かったです。夜遅いチェックインだったからなのか、ホテルまでの道が、狭くて急なのが怖かったです。

The onsen/showers were amazing. The staff was eager to help and accommodating.

The uphill walk was a bit taxing and everything thing around town shuts down very early. None of which is directly reflective of the property. The only somewhat negative about the rooms is the beds aren’t the most comfortable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They speak a little English, but it was not a problem at all. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. The view with the ocean was wonderful. The room was clean. We will come back. ありがとう。

Location isn’t the best. Long walk up the hill.

Staff were very kind & helpful. There was a misunderstanding with our room due a web issue which they quickly worked to rectify - excellent service. We spoke Japanese so not sure if they can speak much English. They had a bus to give us a lift down to the station after check-out. The breakfast option was really worth the additional cost - it was wonderful

- Have small onsen - Room is good

- very few parking - better use taxi to go up and down - road very narrow
