There is an indoor entrance connects hotel lobby and parking. Very convenient to manage luggage and safe. The TV screen displays your name after you check in.

The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! It’s walking distance to all the attractions and shopping and restaurants. This is the place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Salem.

Walking to everything

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything you would want to see and food. Keep in mind if have a car will need to pay parking at motel and streets.

Very clean…BUT…overkill on the bleach used to clean the bed linens with. They smelled strongly of bleach. The minute you enter the room that’s all you smell. Hard to sleep on the pillows with that overpowering smell. Really the only complaint on the room. The breakfast is delicious except for the bacon. It’s wafer thin and tastes like paper. I would stay here again but would really have to have that bleach smell remedied.

Breakfast was as expected, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hallways were quiet with no disruptions, and the location is excellent—close to everything Salem has to offer. On the downside, I was very disappointed by the $27 daily parking charge, especially since this is the same fee charged to non-guests and valet. If this is standard practice for all Hamptons, it’s a dealbreaker for me. Towels were subpar quality, and when I requested an oscillating fan, none were available. Additionally, the hallways on the 4th floor consistently smelled like a mix of marijuana and dirty diapers, which was unpleasant. On a positive note, the hospitality team was cordial, respectful, helpful, and friendly.
