KEKE , Absolutely outstanding valet from start to finish. She was professional, SUPER friendly, fast, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, She was welcoming and attentive, and our vehicle was handled with great care. What really stood out was KEKE customer service — every morning , we watching her pulling cars. she stayed calm and organized even during busy hours, and She treated every guest with respect and professionalism. It’s rare to find a valet that works this hard while still keeping such a positive attitude. Thank you for providing such an excellent experience. This level of service truly makes a difference, and I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting.
