Elevator issues, long wait time

Friendly staff, well thought out rooms and toiletries, nice lobby with coffee, tea and breakfast in the mornings. Good soundproofing in the rooms.

Pillows and bedding could have been a little nicer, but it was decent.

Keke the vehicle attendant was awesome as always. We so look forward to seeing her when we come to stay at Hilton. Everyone else was polite and made sure we got what we needed. The room was clean and the location is a good location for St Pete. We love St Pete.

We had a leadership meeting and stayed at the Hilton Tru hotel in St Pete. It was a wonderful trip. Jimmy helped us get everything coordinated and was amazing to work with. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful from the front desk (Ameer) to Valet (Owen and Ayden) to management (Jimmy). Very satisfied and looking forward to hosting our next team meeting there.
