Very convenient clean tidy ideal for central Cheltenham

Clean, close to city, parking nearby to park, modern good wife.

The sink was not working during my stay in the bathroom it was blocked. I was lucky with they keys to find someone to help me but it would have been troublesome otherwise as the code was not working and it would take me some time to figure it out.

It is situated quite central. Easy access to most places. It was warm and clean.

Hiccups with the virtual key couldn’t access the building had to go through texts and phone calls to enter premises and room remotely. Once in the key fob wouldn’t activate the studio apartment door or the foyer door. Texting and eventually someone phoned back. The key fob wouldn’t open doors, stuck in corridor waiting for someone to remotely unlock studio doors. Customer service seems to be world wide UAE and Portugal. Customer service from Portugal was very helpful, attentive to the problems and resolved issues until the ‘glitch’ in the fob was resolved. Night club on the street very noisy until 4 ish keep your window closed. Shower water very hot silicone around shower needs replacing. No oven trays so if you want to cook in the oven tin foil trays needed. A small rebate was given. Even so I would use this property again after issues resolved.

Great location for shops bars etc

Bins in corridor full by other residence what give off a foul smell getting to our room ....A little noise around 3 a.m. from outside due to pubs and clubs closing around that time can't be helped by hotel owner

Everything was brilliant can’t fault it. Smooth check in, clean room, lovely and cosy! Location was spot on.

Nothing everything was great

The location was very close to all shops, restaurants and bars. Check in was very easy as long as you are phone savvy. Wifi signal was strong. Plenty of plug sockets for phone charging etc.

Our particular superior studio had nowhere to sit and eat food, even though in the room description it stated there was a dining area, although it did have a small kitchenette as stated. Upon first impressions the room did look clean, but upon closer inspection it could have done with a deep clean as it was dusty and grubby in parts.
