"Spoilt our weekend!"

Leaving

It was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. Ear plugs were provided but I can’t keep them in. It was grubby and the bathroom was tiny. Toilet flush kept sticking. Fridge so loud we switched it off. 2 single beds pushed together. One creaked every time my partner turned.over. Charged £297 for a Friday night. We didn’t stay the Saturday night due to the lack of sleep. Was charged £24 cleaning fee! Booking.com refunded this. It could do with a deep clean. The cupboards inside were dirty, chipped furniture and filthy carpet on entrance. Issues with the digital key. Extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. Happy to pay that if up to standard. Overall, it was not a good experience.

"Once bitten..."

The location is great.

It's the small things that matter. But first, the big things - be sure that you can get online with your phone on arrival, otherwise you nay end up like I did. stuck outside in wind and rain with no way to get access. The small things; minimal everything. poorly equipped, nowhere for 2 people to sit, eat at the dressing table, nowhere to.put anything in the bathroom without it falling in the sink or the toilet, the cheapest toilet paper, a cracked wine glass, used foil in the oven...

Location

The early check out albeit the staff allowed us 1 additional hour. Also, as we go to the races there was no facility to leave luggage. That was a big challenge to find a location for such a group.

Virtually everything else , draughty windows , no curtains to block morning sun , no room cleaner came in , kitchen badly equipped , shower weak

"Modern apartment, fast response rate, complicated check in"

I like how modern the apartment was. It was located in the center, close to restaurants and bars. Quick response rate from the host.

How complicated collecting the key is. You have to create an account on one site, then download an app, you need to confirm your account and then you get the digital key. Its probably not friendly for people that are not good with phones. Also, if you are coming during weekends and want peace, then this apartment is not for you. The streets get loud up until 2.30 AM.
