Spa Court

Excellent central location, easy parking a 2 minute walk away. Very comfortable bed and we enjoyed two extremely quiet and restful nights sleep. Clean and well appointed for all of our needs for a weekend away. Thoughtful inclusion of toileties and kitchen essentials as well as tea and coffee making items were very welcome.

Central location but quiet and spacious, clean.

I was a little stressed initially as you needed to download an app onto your phone in order to get in but fortunately worked it out. Would have preferred to simply have a lockbox with code in advance in case phone/internet issues on arrival. Was a little cold too.

Brilliant location, comfy beds, very clean and easy to access

No parking despite there being an underground carpark at the property

- łazienka wymaga czyszczenia, szczególnie prysznic, dodatkowo brakowało mydła do rąk - pierwszego dnia nie działało ogrzewanie, było zimno przez całą noc, dodatkowo wiało od nieszczelnego okna - na łóżku są dwa małe materace, które przesuwały się w nocy - ciągle było głośno przez wentylatory na zewnątrz - podłoga na klatce była cała poplamiona

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and good location. Would definitely use again.

Had to download an app for entry, due to poor Internet couldn't get in but very friendly person at end of phone corrected it all

The room at Spa court was disgusting. See the attached phots. It was so bad we had to book into another hotel in Cheltenham. Hotels.com and the owner have refused to reimburse us and just offered a £25 one key cash credit. This is not the kind of service I would expect from Hotels.com.
