"Worst Experience for vacation but learned to deal with."

I did not like booking.com either and your false representation of the hotel on your site! My room was not on the screen but was told to screenshot the next time! Never using booking.com and never staying here!

The ambiance was definitely what you would want in a property by this name. The restaurant was great...good food...good service! The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Our balcony had no outdoor furniture! You pay extra for a balcony and then can't go out and sit and enjoy the oceanfront view. Also, the showpiece chandelier made from Margherita glasses was filthy. It was a shame. Lastly, when we arrived and used valet parking...you go thru glass doors into a room with elevators and absolutely NO instructions on where to go or what to do...seemed weird!
