Rancho Santana

I cannot recommend Rancho Santana enough! We had a small wedding ceremony/ family vacation at one of the houses on property. Not only was the property beautiful but the service was impeccable. From resort activities, to meals, to wedding details they truly handled it all. It was the most stress free experience. All of the staff are incredible. Johnny and Eliezer felt like a part of our family by the end of our trip. We are already dying to go back!

Our experience at Rancho Santana was beyond amazing. We stayed at Villa Paraiso and the staff and the service was a 10/10. Our concierge Javiera was exceptional. She was organized and very easy to work with. She made sure we felt welcome and was always available when we needed her. I enjoyed very moment of my vacation and would recommend Rancho Santana to anyone that would like an unforgettable experience!!!!!

Wow, there is so much I could write about this experience. The house was spectacular, the whole property is incredible, and the staff is top shelf. Johnny, Eliezer and everyone were so professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. There are so many activities, or you can just relax in your house. The restaurant is great, even better have your meals prepared at your home. You will not regret booking a vacation here and the only thing you’ll regret is leaving and thinking uou should have stayed longer.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience here! It far exceeded our expectations! Johnny went WAY above and beyond to make our family’s time here Incredible! He worked tirelessly to ensure our daughter’s wedding here was beautiful! Eliezer was engaging and kind. The cooks created delicious meals! We can’t wait to come back again!

10/10 experience. Januar, Jovagny & Miguel were our guides and led us through the beach and the town. The horses were tame, and we were able to gallop at the stables once we arrived. Highly recommend!

Rancho Santana is a special place. The staff is amazing - they are welcoming and always eager to help. The food is particularly fantastic (especially for a resort and especially given how far they are from many of the creature comforts that chefs are used to). Our kids did kids club a handful of days, which they loved. the spa was UNREAL great... I will always want a cold plunge before a spa treatment now. The surf lessons were great, and the instructor was fabulous with our 7 year old. We have been to Costa Rica a number of times, and I honestly far preferred the feeling of Rancho Santana. It felt unpolished in the best way; a hidden gem with insane beaches, gorgeous sunsets, and lovely people.

Very nice stay. The room was great with an amazing beach view. Food and service we’re very good but prices are comparable to similar quality hotel in the US. So prepare to pay.
