Comfortable stay. House had everything we needed.

Accidently left an item at the property. Host confirmed it had been found and I arranged to pick it up only to be told on arrival that they could now not locate it, bit disappointing

Great location, and the host is very responsible. When the kettle and air conditioner broke down, they came to fix the problem on site very quickly. 位置好，房东挺负责，热水壶和空调有问题很快就上门解决了

Basic daily supplies are insufficient. Items like facial tissue and cling wrap are not provided. After checking with the host, I was told these are not included in their provision. 必备物品不够充分，比如没有抽纸和厨房保鲜膜，和房东沟通后他们说这些他们并不提供

The off road parking, showers were good, a great communal area and excellent location.

Heating in main living areas bearly adequate, kitchen knives were blunt, wall heater in hallway not working.

As wet afternoon we watched a movie & during the afternoon the windows filled up with large house flies- all doors & windows were shut In investigating we found bird poo on inside of the window on left facing the lake & flies seem to be coming from behind curtains - killed & got rid of at 30 in end. Also few maintenance issues - one bathroom the shower door not closing properly & kitchen tap was loose

Location is closed to the town centre

Cleaning issue. The house wasn’t cleaned properly after the last guests. Unfortunately, smell from cooking/ food still lingered throughout the house and beddings. Not sure if bedding was changed properly. Quick response from the team after we raised the issues. But it could have been avoided in the first place.
