Location Email concerning the Aurora appreciated

1) 1st bedroom (left) door was hard to open & close because it was getting stuck on the carpet. 2) Garage Door (left) did not want to lock. 3) Poor lighting in the garage 4) in the bedroom with the bunk beds, top bunk was too wobbly & deemed unsafe. 1 person had to sleep on the lounge instead.

It was more spacious than I expected! There was plenty of space for our group of 9, with 5 bedrooms overall. Quick and friendly responses from the team, clear check in instructions, lots of info and guidance provided in the house manual! The coffee cart was also just a short walk down the road.

Some dishes were a bit dirty but I just cleaned them before use.

"perfect place to stay in tekapo/"

Perfect location, clean and good facilities.

Unfortunately the Fridge was on the wrong setting. All our salad vegetables in the fridge became frozen and we had to chuck them out. ... You cant defrost a lettuce. Is it posisble to clear the path a bit more that heads down to the parking area. Its a bit tricky navigating the edge of the hedges.
