"Very Good"

Good location and great restaurant and food. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet.

No storage units in the room. Standard of finish in bathroom was poor.

Staff were fantastic especially jess who was really helpful and professional.

Some of the room design was alittle cluttered and taps not working correctly make up table was in a dark spot and cluttered iron board no space for it but these are only minors the overhall stay was great and staff amazing.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel had recently had a refurbishment, so that was lovely too. The stocked mini fridge was good. Tea and coffee was plentiful and the cookies were divine.

The fridge started whirling loudly during the night. It did wake us up, but not for long.

Very comfortable bed, attentive and polite staff, and very good breakfast.

There were a couple of very minor niggles in the room but a note was taken and I am confident they would have been addressed.
