Lovely hotel and restaurant located in the centre of Ilkley.

We had a newly renovated room which was lovely but has some snagging issues that need to be resolved. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on. No instructions on how to program the digital radiator control. Curtains too narrow to keep out the light. Toilet seat does not stay up. All minor things to remedy.
