The property was clean and in a convenient location.

The bath towels were basically beach towels and didn’t match. You should have basic necessities available for guest(i.e, medicine, toothbrush, toothpaste, and women personal hygiene items.

Location, pool

I was put in a room with a joining door. I could hear the man in that room crystal clear as if he were standing next to me. I was up all night with all the noises. The only way to try to drown out the sound was to turn up the loud AC - but then became super cold because the blanket is super thin and not warm. I just needed a good nights sleep as I had an 8 hour drive the following day. It’s impossible to sleep well in this hotel. Also, one day was rainy so I figured I’d watch TV, but none of the channels would work.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this hotel and return. It is a historical hotel with plenty of pictures of movie stars, which gives it such nostalgia. The rooms are big and spacious, extremely clean, and the staff were overly friendly, very kind and helpful. We were even given a free voucher to redeem for a coffee, tea or something to drink upon and check-in. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, as well as a breakfast coffee area in the front of the hotel.

Great Location

The location was great, the apartment style room set up was perfect for a family of 5. We did not have to worry about our kids. Me and my husband could sleep in the same room.

The king sized bed was very hard and the water pressure was horrible. Beautiful rooms. There were also a few maintenance issues like one of the lights in the master bedroom would not turn off, we had to unplug it. No one answered when I tried using the phone in the room to call the front desk for more towels. The door knobs were loose on some doors. A pull out couch bed would have been amazing to accommodate more guest.
