Персонал не разговаривает на английском и шведский стол не соответствует нормам ,два дня шведский стол не было ,цены в ресторане очень завышены меню в ресторане также не соответствует сервис не понравился, басейн маленький вообщем больше туда не вернёмся также на 4 звезды не соответствует максимум на 3 звезды!

Totul,super personal amabil,camera foarte curată și patul foarte confortabil, piscina caldă iar masajele la Rupa excelente, calitate și profesionalism,mai ales că ne au lăsat să facem chek-out mai târziu cu 3 ore. Mulțumim și managerului pentru implicare și calitate oaspeți. Dacă cauți un loc unde vrei liniște și odihnă,Carpat INN recomand cu drag .

Că nu erau deschise cele două terase,dar am înțeles că nu era vremea favorabila,data viitoare sa fie mai cald 😁
