Amabilitatea personalului, piscina era încălzită foarte bine, curățenie peste tot, mâncarea buna, locuri de parcare suficiente.

Sala de jocuri promisa la rezervare este inexistenta Informații eronate in legatura cu programele si facilitatile interne.

Nu este ceva de care sa spun că nu mi a plăcut!

"Felicitari si mențineți calitatea tot aşa"

Ambient cald, placut, piscina curatǎ. Respectul pt clienti, femeile de serviciu foarte discrete si deloc gălăgioase ca sa te poti odihni in orice monent al zilei.

Toaleta si vestiarele de la pişcinǎ (foarte necesare) in şantier/reparatii 😔

Mi-a plăcut camera care a fost curata si confortabila. Micul dejun a fost bun.

Zona Spa si mai multa atenție la curățenie in sala in care se serveste masa de dimineață.

"Very bad communication and rude staff"

Unannounced party organised at the restaurant kept out small children up late. Mostly unavailable restaurant due to the above. Toilets in the spa area not available - not informed. Toilets in the restaurant are - not working properly. Overall, I think we were bothering with our presence there 😄
