We stay here every year. Very clean, great service and convenient location.

SpringHill Suites was a great place to stay. It was extremely clean, the rooms were large (especially the closet which we loved the most) and all of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, was so professional and very nice.

From the moment you step into the lobby of SpringHill Suites in Cool Springs, you’re greeted by the absolute best part of the morning—Autumn! She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like a VIP every single day, with a bright smile, a warm welcome, and just the right amount of fun conversation to start the day off right. Whether you need a local recommendation, a quick check-in, or just a friendly chat over your morning coffee, Autumn delivers five-star service with ease. Her energy is contagious, and her kindness makes this hotel feel like a home away from home. If you’re staying here, you’re in for a treat—because every morning with Autumn at the front desk is a great one! SpringHill Suites is lucky to have her, and so are the guests who get to experience her hospitality. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is clean and close to many things.

It was the night the planets were lined up and as advertise, they say they have fire pits, but the fire pits were not in use. Also, they charge you for parking which they used not to do.

Beautifully modern hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms spacious and comfortable! Walking distance to swveral delicious restaurants.

Spacious room, friendly staff, nice welcome and walking distance to restaurants. Selected this hotel based on location, reviews and on-site dining room. Unfortunately, we stayed on a Sunday evening and that is the only night the dining room is closed. However, a nice variety of restaurants within easy walking distance, so we took advantage of that. Also note, there is a parking fee. We were fortunate to get a spot close to the entrance, but if those are filled, you may be directed to the parking garage.

As always, great place to stay.

This hotel is obviously fairly new, so the rooms are very fresh and comfortable…particularly the bathroom. The breakfast options could have been a bit better (about of hard boiled eggs and light yogurt). Overall, nice hotel in a very convenient location.
