The night manager (Bradley) was terrific! He helped us through a difficult check-in and dislike of location of our room (lower level right next to the fitness center). We were able to move to an upper level and had no further difficulties. Michelle at the front desk during the day was also very helpful.

Have not stayed but just called to modify my CONFIRMED reservation from 5 to 4 nights and was told "there is no availability for those nights" so i can't help you. The agent said "I will send a note to the hotel but you cannot change it because there is NO AVAILABILITY". I have a room reserved already and have had this reservation for weeks --so there is a room open!! The man i spoke to was sooooo rude and just kept saying "there is no availability for those days". Insanity--all i was asking is to shorten my length of stay by ONE day. And my confirmation indicates changes have to happen by today at 11:59 pm and it is 9:18 pm. Will not stay at a Marriott property again. We travel extensively and thank goodness rarely have to use Marriott--such terrible and disappointing customer service. I am coming in for a horse show and WANT to stay for the 5 nights but need to amend plans due to a family issue. Then the rep was even more rude when i said please please make sure my reservation i snot cancelled because i am still coming on the 25th! DO BETTER MARRIOTT!!!

Clean, quiet, good breakfast ! Friendly desk clerk!

Battery in my door lock died and someone had to come and open the door with a special tool, took awhile to get in and someone had to stay in the room at all times until the next morning so they could replace the battery pack! Figured they would offer us a different room or a partial refund for the time and inconvenience!
