Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable

This generally was a nice place to stay. The hotel, including the rooms, seemed modern, clean and convenient. They were nice sized. The bathrooms were clean, well-designed and functional, and the staff with whom we dealt were very friendly and helpful. The location is great -- right near the highway on/off exit for Franklin and relatively close to downtown Franklin and also to a wide range of restaurants and other services within walking distance. The price seemed reasonable for a nice and modern chain hotel in this category We cannot comment on the free breakfast because we did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but it appeared to be standard hotel buffet fare (bagged bagels, cereal, yogurt, eggs and make-your-own waffles. Without diminishing these positives, I note three points for improvement. First, this was a very rare hotel in this category which charges anything for parking (much less the $10 per night here) when there is ample parking in front of the hotel and in an uncrowded parking ramp next to the hotel. Even though the hotel gives fair notice of this charge and I can afford the $10, it seems petty for a roadside hotel to charge to park a car rather than building parking into the rate. Second, I personally do not like that the hotel cleans rooms only every other day without a specific request. At this price point, daily cleaning should be a given -- at least throw out the garbage and provide clean towels daily. Third (and this is just a nit), there were only two glasses in the room. That is not enough for two people, e.g., that is only one glass per person for two nights/days and none if you want to put your toothbrushes in a glass or otherwise use two glasses for drinking. So, all in all this is a really nice place that could use some minor service tweaking.

My friend and I stayed here for a concert at Firstbank Amphitheater. We met some great friends who were doing the same. I have always enjoyed the Springhill Suites brand and this trip was no different. The staff was great and helpful, I appreciate the free breakfast and the provided refrigerator, especially during the heat spell. I also appreciated the lighting in the bathroom. It's so nice when putting on makeup.

Very relaxing, eating area very clean; pool was very nice

Amazing staff! Very helpful with our handicapped child and accommodating! They were able to last minute put us in a room that worked best for our needs and it made all of the difference! Very clean & beautiful rooms! Plenty of room for all of us and medical equipment to be comfortable!!
