"Horrible bad customer service all around the board"

There was nothing to like about this property at all

Very dirty room was not cleaned at all someone dirty socks was laying on the night stand when I got there….towels looked like they had been used and hung back up bathroom had pee all on the toilet and floor. Remote to tv wasn’t working NEVER AGAIN.

Front desk the man was nice gave me clean towels with no problem

It was people fighting next door the whole time i was staying there bumping against the wall sound like they was beating a child i had to open my door to check to see if they was n the hall way or not & i found a bug on the bed only one tho & idk if it was a bed bug or not but yea forit to be in that area i thought it would be peaceful out the way & that was my second time staying there the first time i didnt have these problems , oh & the wifi sucks couldnt even stream my games.

Larry & freddy are the real MVPs. They try to work with you & make your stay easy n comfortable…Its good to see hardworking black men! 306 is my favorite room! Its always super clean!!! Oh yea the managers too are good! Just can’t remember their names

My couch is in the room is all stratch up from a dog but other then that its fine

"Very disappointed with the whole experience."

I booked this stay 1 week in advance. When I arrived around 1:00 and asked about early check in, the manager informed me that is not possible, please come back at 3:00, regular check in time. I left and went to get some lunch and shopping, returned around 3:00. I was given the room key #412 to check to see if it was ready. Well it had not been cleaned at all. I returned the key and left again, returned around 6-7 at which time the room was finally ready. When I entered the room, the floor was still wet, no stoppers in the tub or sink, unable to open the blinds was some of the things I experienced. I was throughly disappointed with my reservation here, in which I booked for my birthday stay in Charlotte to spend time with my granddaughters.
