It was roaches EVERYWHERE, even moved to another room and it had roaches

Smell of weed outside the hotel smoked by guest. Dog was barking at night while trying to sleep.

Don’t know, never actually saw the room.

Unable to get to the hotel until 11:15 and metal grate wall pulled down over front desk. Sign in lobby says that’s okay please use lobby phone to dial a certain extension but all you get is a fast busy signal. There was also another number listed but no answer with that one. Had to try and find another hotel at almost midnight. When I phoned the next morning they said no guarantee if you come past 11. Funny, doesn’t say that anywhere on the confirmation and why have a sign in the lobby with a number to call after hours.
