WoodSpring Suites Charlotte - University Research Park

The staff is nice, especially Mr.Larry but I’m unable to get online so I can’t work at all. I need to work to pay for my stay obviously so it’s really stupid and unprofessional that no one on location has contact information address this. They gave me a phone number that doesn’t even bring and I asked to speak to a manager about it, she was nice but not helpful. I just moved in planning to stay a month but I’ll have to move out immediately after paying $500 for the room and buying hundreds of dollars in supplies (usually pots, pans, and cooking utensils are provided). I don’t appreciate being uprooted this way and this is terrible customer service.

The Lady that checked up is was so Rude and Racist she made my fiance cry and she is fresh out of back surgery and made he feel like a dog she had her waiting for 3 hours to check in

1 pillow on the bed . Got up to take a shower and there was no shower curtain

There were no hotel staff to check me in. I called the posted number and the online listed number dozens of times. The hotel staff refuse to send me a refund.
