Staff very friendly room clean quiet, I heard alot different so you cant always believe what you hear... thank you

The hotel was as expected. The staff were exceptional. I left my medicines behind when I left on the next leg of my trip. When I realized what had happened I called. Sabrina, on the front desk, went to the room I had stayed in, found them and said they would keep them for me. She advised me to use one of the main carriers to collect the medicine from them and deliver it to my home. She made it quite clear that there was no problem. They would hold them till the carrier came. I wish the carriers had been half as helpful. Nothing but bots. No way to talk to a person. One even started speaking German to me once I had created an account. I had enrolled from the US. It took a week to get it sorted out during which the emails and phone calls were flying back and forth between me and Woodspring Suites Charlotte. Nothing was a problem for them. I cannot thank them enough.
