I’m sorry I forgot his name, but I want to give a special thank you to the black gentleman who welcomed me at the 48th fl. front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm attitude and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much !

The only downside was that the carpet had a damp smell, as if it had stayed wet for too long. It would be great if this could be addressed, as everything else about my stay was very enjoyable.

"A gem in downtown Dallas...."

A beautiful room with an amazing view of downtown Dallas. I booked the two bedroom suite and the room was spacious and well equipped. My only complaint was the tv didn't work properly and there was only one tv in the suite. We ended up having to use our devices for entertainment as we were never able to successfully connect to the tv and there was no one to assist us with troubleshooting. Other than that this was an amazing stay and somewhere I would love to stay again.
