Mint House Dallas Downtown By Kasa

Mint House was one of the best places I’ve stayed in quite some time. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt fresh, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in and relax. One thing I really appreciated was how seamless the entire experience was. The digital process was straightforward and convenient, while the accommodations still felt welcoming and personal. The bed was comfortable, the space was quiet, and the amenities made it feel more like a home than a hotel. As an added bonus, they recognized my birthday with a small surprise, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. Overall, Mint House delivered an excellent experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The location was prime. It was right in the middle of downtown making it easy to access fun things around downtown.

The check-in process was a little weird, but we definitely got it figured out and the front desk attendant was wonderful and very helpful but the process was still a little bit confusing

It was BEAUTIFUL!! I booked the corner king suite, the view was lovely, digital check in was very easy. The front desk was patient when i called in with my questions, and the prices are much more affordable than most dallas high rises! ONLY warning i have is the Tv and parking. I fully expect this as it is downtown, but be prepared to stress if you decide not to opt for their parking. Our Tv was having a hard time with anything besides cable, but there were other accounts logged in to the apps so i assume we just got unlucky!

The location was perfect and the view was amazing.

There was more street noise than I was expecting, but that's not a knock on the hotel.

Mint House is always our choice for weekend getaways. The staff is always great, friendly, and accommodating.

I was extremely disappointed with the room. What I booked on Booking.com wasn’t the same room I received when I arrived.

Clean, spacious rooms. Everything you need! A step up from normal hotel rooms and in most cases, less expensive! Definitely keeping this place in mind for my next trip to Dallas.

Everything was perfect in our stay. Communication was very clear and easy to follow. Staff was great and the rooms were very clean and nice. Would definitely choose to stay again when in Dallas.
