Mint House Dallas Downtown By Kasa

This was a great hotel with awesome views of the Dallas skyline. The staff was super friendly and the hotel in general was clean and cozy. That being said I had every intention of makin that my go to hotel every time I passed thru Dallas I have since changed my mind. I made a grave error in booking the wrong weekend and fortunately the error was caught before it was too late. I looked at their website and saw that the weekend prior to my booking was available for a higher rate. I asked to switch to the available room and pay the difference. The hotel told me my reservation was nonrefundable/transferable so they wouldn’t accommodate my request. They would rather gamble on someone else to rent the space before next week or leave it vacant. Understanding I made the error but now I have to book another hotel on the weekend I need and they keep the money they charged me. They would not even try to assist me. For that reason I will never use the facility and will make sure all the people I bragged on this hotel to, also reconsider.

We had an amazing stay at the Mint in downtown Dallas. The room was clean, the check in process was easy, and we were promptly helped with any request we had. There is parking available upon an additional charge, however that did not hinder our experience. The location was perfect and we were able to easily access multiple places

The downtown location was great for us. The view from the 50th floor was awesome. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Staff, when they were on duty, we're very nice.

Icemaker didn’t work. Sofa was not very comfortable for watching TV.

Riesiges Zimmer, komplett ausgestattet, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich. Toller Blick auf die Stadt. Modern und sauber.

Es gibt kein Personal. Check-In war nervig und umständlich. Kissen nicht so gemütlich.

This is just a lovely place to stay, great accommodation and views. Really enjoyed staying here.

Check in and parking could be a little easier.
