Location and availability of free parking. The rooms were clean. Friendly staff

The bedside cabinet had bottle wrapping. Thus suggests wasn’t checked when the previous guest left.

Restaurant was not open and look like its been closed for a while

The location was good. the poor quality room at least had a good view away from the traffic! The room whilst old and in need of refurbishment it was at least clean and tidy. We was pleased to see a small fridge which was helpful to have. Enough parking places. only 8 mins to blue water was ideal.

We arrived to discover the restaurent and kitchen was undergoing a re build. Builders busy etc zero breakfast. Room was cold. Wifi and tv did not work. We nmanaged to get someone to make part of the tv work but no mainstream bbc or itv etc. later that evening tv = no connection. Shower was ice cold. Staff failed to get it warm on first evening. Soap dispenser was not working. tiolet seat totally loose from base. shower taps not showing hot or cold! Only two smaller towls ( we had to ask for more. Only two cups and just a few tea bags and instant coffee.. not enough considered zero servicve at reception. Returning to our room on first evening the showers still cold and the wifi for our phones was no longer working..an poiwer cut had appraerntly made matters worse. still no tv throughout our stay. After extensive comnplaints we got extra towls and they has forgotten to put the boiler back on!! once done eventually we had a fairly warm shower late on our 2nd day. Window didny shut properly. Bed night tables old and not matching the bed. The bed is clearly very old and small double. Springs gone in it thus not very comfortable ( room 109 on first floor) My customer service managing tips were met with negatrive responses!! No advice on were to get a breakfast in the morning just a flyer of an indian restaurent.. they are Indian restaurent owners :) On last morning the shower started warm but got cooler = cold rushed shower. In their stupid panic they tried to offer anopther room which woyuld have offered zero improvement only inconveniance of moving our things. Wardrobes didnt have any shelves in them and in bathroom the small shelve above the sink was gone! No hand towls for sink ! Staff dissappeared all evening leaving only a number to call. We wqas not informed about a power cut and that wife or showers were not working!! Very unsympathic staff!!

Big room, clean. They let us order in food to our room. I found the bed comfortable, my husband didn't. Bathroom looked recently refurbished.

Fire escape downstairs blocked by 2 x propane gas bottles. Not safe at all. Restaurant closed but that not mentioned on the website. American Diner next door doesn't serve alcohol or cater for wider diets eg. Vegan so had to order in a pizza. Small double bed.

Clean bed. Fridge in room. Price. Location.

Restaurant closed so evening meal elsewhere. Needs refurbishment. Holes in walls. Grout in bathroom looks old. Have stayed before and was impressed then...
