Very comfortable and clean

Extra milk, coffee, biscuits and water on the second day

1st of all there was three people and they only gave us a two-bedroom I explained that I had actually found the hotel up and they said it wouldn't be a problem when I got there they would sort it the gentleman that was there refused point Blank to give us another room although there were others available he was very rude and did not want to listen I showed him the email that said that there were two adults and one child he said call booking.com of course this is a seven o'clock in the evening we were going to a party so we didn't have time to do all this also there was cobwebs and insects in the rooms all around the windows and some insects were running across the floor I couldn't tell you what they were but I do have pictures and a video that shows the cobwebs I would really like a refund that I had to sleep on the floor knowing that there were insects running around hence to say I did not sleep my poor daughter was absolutely petrified bathroom was the only clean room

All of the above I don't want to keep going on about it just refund me I couldn't have stayed in a worse place and I have stayed all around the world this has to be the worst

Nice clean room at rear of property away from the main road. Free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
