"Very Cute, clean, friendly staff place & strongly suggest it to family & friends."

Very Friendly staffs, Bartender makes some great drinks, very cute small but personalized 18 room hotel, very nice outdoor fireplace enough parking in the back, very clean.

Some knobs in the bathroom were not working, the people above us with a child wouldn't stop him or her from running loud at 7am & noise was amplified due to wood structure of the floors has nothing to do with the hotel, staff or cute hotel itself.

Carla greeted us warmly and provided us with an upgrade to celebrate my birthday...suite was large,comfy and airy. Love the interior design, great library and classic bar...loved everything about the Thatcher and sure to return!

We booked two nights but left after the first night because of the bed. I travel ~100 days per year and am used to different hotel beds but this one hurt…a lot. It’s been years since I experienced back pain. My significant other said it best - I feel like I’m on a dorm bed. The room was clean and the manager offered to switch my room for the second night but I didn’t want to risk it.

Very friendly staff. Elevator doesn't work and we were on 3rd floor and there are very steep stairs. No TV or coffee maker in room, however you do get a nice welcome drink and coffee is available downstairs. Convenient to everything Hopland has to offer. Short walk to a couple tasting rooms and nice restaurants.

The staff were amazing!! Keith (might have been Kevin, lol, the bartender) and Joy were very helpful and friendly!!

"Old world charm"

Charming older hotel that has been updated with modern appeal. Cafe is phenomenal with pleasant staff.

Sink in the room did not drain and the wall heater is extremely noisy but they do provide ear plugs 😕
