The Cole

It was just average. Nothing special about it. I never had contact with anyone who worked there. They just weren't there. It was all through your phone, which I hated. The bed was okay, but I kept hitting my shin on the corner of the wood frame because it stuck out farther than the mattress. Lots of things were just a little bit broken.

Good and very clean hotel. Comfortable. Good pool and with lots of chairs and loungers and the music they play is great. The ONLY thing is the AC unit is really loud. But they do provide ear plugs

The rooms are very clean, the decor is amazing, love the 70s style vibe. Location is great, with great views and quick access to downtown. The staff are also amazing!

Loved the Mid Century vibe & decor. The pool was great, access to chilled water. Restaurant, Freddie on site.

I stayed in June & it was a bit hot for the 30-40 minute to walk into Downtown. So the location in high Summer was not close enough to town. About a 20 minute walk to the Palm Springs Visitor Centre. If you had a car, this would not be an issue.

Great stay but can be loud as our room was next to the parking gate so it would slam loud and we would feel it in the room

Loved how quant this hotel was and our room was clean, large and would definitely return! Good location quick drive to everything.

Overall was a comfortable stay. A bit further out of downtown Palm Springs. Nice towels and toiletries. Check in a bit awkward, as mostly on-line.

Nice comfy place. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return. Near downtown Palm Springs easy drive to all the fun. Definitely a must!
