We got a great view of Mount Fuji from the top floor so that was great, room was big and clean and hotel staff were very nice and helpful during our stay.

The only real negative was the laundry. The dryers were terrible so we literally had to put so many coins in and wait several hours for our clothes to come out dry. Probably cost $10 just do to a standard load.

Lage ist super zum Erkunden der Gegend um den See. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und der Blick auf den Mount Fuji genial. Fußläufig gibt es einige Restaurants.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einseitig. Das Egg Sandwich ist sehr Mayolastig.

The location was wonderful. The rooftop offers an excellent view of Mount Fuji, the hotel facilities were great, and the parking was very convenient for guests arriving by car. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

I didn’t like that the room was not cleaned during our stay, and we were not informed about it in advance — we only discovered it ourselves. Unfortunately, some trash accumulated during the stay, which was not very pleasant. Personally, I also found the bed uncomfortable, although the mattress type may be comfortable for other guests
