The spacious room and the mountain view was great.

Breakfast is overrated. It said on the website "a good breakfast". However, you had a choice of Japanese breakfast or a sandwich. That's it. We chose for the Japanese variety. Tasted of the items was good, but it was hardly enough.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean and well maintained, on the roof there is a place to look at Mount Fuji, there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. It was also really easy to rent a bike at the hotel. And the rooms were a bit noisy. My neighbor was a bit loud, but nothing I would complain about to the staff.

Not a bad thing, but the breakfast is a set, so no buffet. Keep that in mind of you really want a buffet.

We had a mountain view room & would highly recommend you pay a little extra for that as we were looking directly at the mountain & it was magnificent. Spacious room & a beautiful breakfast which was included.

The view on Mt Fuji from the room and the rooftop, the location (16min walking from the train station) and the free shuttle. The room was quite big
