Great customer services and cabin allot of space nice and clean.

Everything was wonderful I loved the place I had 2 decks and 2 bedrooms a jacuzzi tub parking right out front Beautiful scenery

I liked all the amenities.

I didn't like that I had to walk up 54 steps twice to get to my rental and drive 5 miles twice to have my key reset then have to call security when none of the keys worked and have to pack up all my stuff and be moved to another unit I we faulty key cards.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay!

Upon arriving I was given the key to a room and once I got there which was 2 miles up the mountain. The keys didn't work. I went back down the mountain 2 miles and was given another key, so I went back up the mountain 2 miles and once inside there was a room full of other people's belongings. I exited the room immediately. Went back down the mountain 2 miles and was given the right key went back up the mountain 2 miles. We also left our pizza on the counter that night and by morning. black ants were everywhere. We had a wonderful time at the water park and the staff did do their best to fix all the issues we had
